Message I was still willing to do biz with Z1 at that point. Shortly there after I wasn't.

I spoke to someone in your shop on Saturday morning. It might have been later than 8 am, but certainly not later than 10 am.

I brought all this to your attention BEFORE you were rude to me. At that time I couldn't understand your animosity towards me. After reading about your fire - now I know your were just taking out your shit on me. Still unacceptable.

I was very practical and reasonable UNTIL you were rude to me.

I cannot understand, nor do I care, why you can't admit your part in this. I have. We had a misunderstanding, but YOU took it to a whole different level by being rude.

Grow up a bit and learn how to deal with customers.

Notice how you say " all of you who have had problems" shows I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
